I find it very positive that you may ‘not be sure if you like it or not’ because it is a strong indication that you aren’t designing based on your own like/dislike criteria.

You have used other criteria, most probably included in your brief. Not that personal criteria are unimportant, but because it is the brief that frames the entire discussion regarding professional design services.

So, if you follow a structured design process and make sure you take care of requirements/restrictions in the first place, it seems that personal evaluation happends towards the end of this process. Probably as an afterthought.
